    I am very fortunate to have insane flexibility and mobility in hips and elbows, so all anterior chain movements havw always been a breeze for me. Working on posterior chain flexibility has been more complicated, especially after appendix surgery! But getting back to doing things and feeling good

      I have so many classes in the bank! I just had family in town and it was such a blessing, I focused fully on them - my yoga for the last week and a half.

    I love your work Kate. I found it quite hard for myself to find yoga videos that I fully enjoy, because I am sensitive to everything: the music, the tone of voice, the light and environment in the video, the pace, and the learning aspect of it (not simply going through the positions but also taking time explaining how muscles works, how they move, what to do to take the best advantage of every step and really make progress, at least sometimes). I feel like these are checking all the boxes to me. Thank you, i'll keep watching them!
